Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Accessories (if applicable)

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or defective product

• Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
